mammography and angiography

What is the most challenging/difficult part of your job and why?

I'm a educational manager of Radiology department for student at Bachelor level.

Teaching in a work envirement takes a lot of energy and time, but it is so rewarding.

How many patients do you help each week approximately?

depents on the room, but is around the 50/60

What is the most memorable or happiest moment of your radiography career and why?

seeing my student getting their certificate
I see how the grow in the four years the work at our radiology department

If you could change or improve one thing about your working life, what would it be?

I think I'm really happy with my working life right now.

Have you ever worked as a radiographer outside your home country? If not, have you considered it?

No, but my partner and me are thinking about moving to the USA in a few years. And I'm the one who is going to find a new job there.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about becoming a radiographer?

It's a great job. You work with people and with a lot of new and still develloping equipment. And when you think you have seen it all..... You find yourself yet in another situation what will be a great challenge for you.

How do you see the role of the radiographer/technologist developing in the future?

All the different parts of the job, become more and more as one........ New things apear every day, so you have to keep on learning and in 10, 20 years you are much further then you imagion.
